D4B: Dunzo For Business

The app is not user friendly at all, the support is terrible - they themselves don't know the features of the app and the delivery agents are extremely rude and uncooperative. Unfortunately, the only option I have at the moment for my business so using it till I find an alternative.

The company's good. The app is also nice. Needs improvement. But, we're still thinking can it perform and provide A+ service for all our deliveries? Cause, my first order got cancelled 3 times without intimation. Not sure, if D4B really cares about it. They need to up their game as Borzo, Swiggy, Amazon Flex are already very good when it comes to service escalation. We like Dunzn as a brand. It needs more local integrations. Needs better processes while onboarding it's riders to filter out.

I was asked to subscribe as I run a tiffin service. The problem was from 1st delivery onwards. Inexperienced riders, cancellation, problems with refunds. One of the delivery executive took money from customer and didn't return! This was happened in the Month of August and still today in November I am chasing for it. Will not recommended to use this service as it's not worth relying. They don't work on basics and making others life difficult. Experienced riders, incompetent customer service.
